Paco Llopís and Juana Rojas founded Utopick in 2015, their vision of bean-to-bar chocolate capable of making both those who grow the cocoa to produce it and those who taste it happy.

Utopick was born in Valencia from the dream of Paco Llopís and Juana Rojas, a couple in life and in art.
He, a Valencian master pastry chef who grew up in the family bakery, discovered chocolate as a medium for artistic expression. She, a Colombian designer, brings with her the culture and aroma of cocoa from her homeland.

Together they founded Utopick in 2015, combining technology and art in a project based on ethics and taste. The name, a play on words with Utopia, encapsulates their vision: to create a chocolate capable of making both those who cultivate it and those who savour it happy.

The beans come from various regions known for their high-quality cocoa, purchased through transparent trade thanks to our collaboration with Uncommon Cacao. Each bar is produced using the bean-to-bar method, without additives, to enhance the purity of the cocoa.

The visual identity has become iconic: an origami boat that evokes the journey of cocoa and the dream of a more ethical world.
For Paco and Juana, each bar is a small utopia come true — a meeting between beauty, craftsmanship and passion.
