  • Origin: Utopick, led by master chocolatier Paco Llopis, follows the bean-to-bar philosophy, producing single-origin bars made exclusively with cocoa and sugar.
  • Ingredients: Cocoa min. 77%. Cocoa beans, whole cane sugar, pure cocoa butter. May contain traces of nuts, egg, milk and gluten.
  • Notes: creamy with notes of fruit and cooked fruit, raisins, cherry liqueur and yoghurt.
  • Nutritional values per 100 g: Energy 2422 kJ /578.87 kcal; Fat 45 g, of which saturated fatty acids 27 g; Carbohydrates 27 g, of which sugars 23 g; Protein 8 g; Salt 0.01 g.
  • Storage: this premium chocolate must be properly conserved at a temperature of between 14 and 18 °C and kept away from direct light and sources of excessive heat or cold. If, for example, it is left in the car in summer or winter it will suffer potentially ruinous heat shock.
