  • What it is: Amore Mio is a premium, limited-edition milk chocolate bar with a high cocoa content. This caramelised milk chocolate bar is enhanced by the infusion of Piura cocoa nibs in Prosecco, the iconic Italian sparkling wine whose history dates back to the 16th century. Prosecco is made using the Charmat method, which preserves the wine’s fruity freshness and fine bubbles. The resulting product enhances the lively notes of raspberry, the delicate floral scent of rose, and the crunchiness of the nibs, blending them into a refined and harmonious experience.
  • Origin: Aruntam – Sensory Chocolate is a pioneering artisanal chocolate maker in Italy, a leading example in the Bean to Bar movement. The company crafts small batches of carefully selected cocoa beans and is among the very few to extract its own cocoa butter directly within its workshop. Aruntam stands for passion and courage — an original fine chocolate that evokes emotion. Each bar is created with full control over the entire supply chain and through a process designed to minimize any “stress” on the precious ingredients, in order to preserve their authentic and delicate sensory properties.
  • Ingredients: 50% min. Cacao. Organic cocoa butter from Piura – Peru, organic skimmed milk powder, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa nibs from Piura -Peru, organic freeze-dried raspberry (3.5%), organic Prosecco (<1%), organic Damask rose essential oil (0.01%). Contains milk. May contain traces of nuts.
  • Notes: a delicious bar that will delight your taste with the crunchiness of cocoa nibs infused in prosecco, enhancing the lively notes of raspberry and the soft elegance of rose. The finish is characterised by a fresh and fruity touch.
  • Nutritional values per 100 g: Energy 2497 kJ / 596 kcal, Fat 46 g, of which saturated 28 g; Carbohydrates 37 g, of which sugars 34.5 g; Protein 9.5 g, Salt 0.4 g.
  • Storage: this premium chocolate must be properly conserved at a temperature of between 14 and 18 °C and kept away from direct light and sources of excessive heat or cold. If, for example, it is left in the car in summer or winter it will suffer potentially ruinous heat shock.
