QANTU

• What it is: high-quality cocoa beans from enormous wild trees that are over 60 years old.
• Origin: 2016 Elfi and Maxime opened their bean to bar chocolate lab in Montreal, Canada. Qantu is the national flower of Peru and Bolivia, synonym for unity and hospitality. The word Qantu comes from the native Quechua language and is pronounced „Kantu“.
• Ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter.
• Notes: delicate dark chocolate with floral and dried fruit flavours.
• Awards: Silver at the Academy of Chocolate Awards 2017; Golden Bean Award and Gold at the Academy of Chocolate Awards 2018. 
• Storage: this premium chocolate must be properly conserved at a temperature of between 14 and 18 °C and kept away from direct light and sources of excessive heat or cold. If, for example, it is left in the car in summer or winter it will suffer potentially ruinous heat shock.
