What it is: in our Caramello Veg we wanted to create a delicious vegan specialty starting from the recipe of our Caramello, a tribute to Cooked Milk. An ancient Italian preparation, born in the countryside, which, thanks to its goodness, quickly conquered the tables of the lords for festive occasions. This surprising version, in which the milk is replaced by almond, will arouse emotions both in those who follow a particular diet and in those who discover a completely new and appealing taste.
Ingredients: 48% min. cacao. Organic natural cacao butter (Ecuador), organic peeled almond, organic cane sugar, organic coconut blossom sugar, Cervia sweet salt, organic Bourbon Vanilla from Madagascar, fleur de sel from Bali. May contain traces of milk and other nuts.
Note: a delicious pairing of toasted and caramelized Almonds from Toritto that merges with the extraordinary Cervia sweet salt, and results in a surprising explosion of tastes.

Storage: this premium chocolate must be properly conserved at a temperature of between 14 and 18 °C and kept away from direct light and sources of excessive heat or cold. If, for example, it is left in the car in summer or winter it will suffer potentially ruinous heat shock.
