What is it: the “I Cultivar” collection of Aruntam Sensory Chocolate, chocolate Made in Italy . Made with Trinitario cacao of the Idukki region in Kerala, India. The Idukki Region, situated in the south of India, is rich of sun and rainfalls, and the cacao grows amongst aromatic spice plants like pepper, nutmeg, as well as papaya, mango and coconut trees.
Ingredients: 72% min. Cacao. Organic cacao beans, organic cane sugar, organic cacao butter. Emulsifier: organic sunflower lecithin. May contain Milk and Nuts.
Notes: particularly harmonious with mild notes of red berries, cherry, raspberry and a delicious final with spicy notes.

Storage: this premium chocolate must be properly conserved at a temperature of between 14 and 18 °C and kept away from direct light and sources of excessive heat or cold. If, for example, it is left in the car in summer or winter it will suffer potentially ruinous heat shock.
