ARUNTAM – SENSORY CHOCOLATE

• What it is: chocolate made with fine cocoa from small local farmers in the Kilombero Valley, Tanzania, where Kokoa Kamili is committed to ensuring exceptional quality and taste. This unique region enjoys an ideal climate and rich biodiversity, elements that give the beans a lively and complex character. Dark milk chocolate is defined as milk chocolate with a high percentage of cocoa, which gives the bar all the aromas and flavours typical of the cocoa used to make it. The cocoa butter used by Aruntam is extracted directly in the company’s laboratory from the same beans selected for the production of the bar.
• Origin: ARUNTAM – Sensory Chocolate is a ‘tale’ of passion and courage, an original product that arouses emotions in those who taste it, with direct control of the entire supply chain. The bars are created with a procedure aimed at ‘stressing’ the precious ingredients to a minimum in order to keep their organoleptic properties as unaltered as possible.
• Ingredients: 60% min. Cacao. Organic Tanzanian cacao beans, organic cane sugar, organic Tanzanian cacao butter, organic skimmed milk powder. Contains milk and may contain traces of nuts.
• Notes: deliciously creamy with hints of tropical fruit and citrus, finishing with a nutty flavour.
• Nutritional Value 100 g: Energy 2415 kJ / 577 kcal; Fat 39.5 g, of which saturated 24 g; Carbohydrates 46.5 g, of which sugars 32 g; Protein 10 g, Salt 0.30 g.
• Certification: organic.
• Storage: this premium chocolate must be properly conserved at a temperature of between 14 and 18 °C and kept away from direct light and sources of excessive heat or cold. If, for example, it is left in the car in summer or winter it will suffer potentially ruinous heat shock.
