  • What it is: this bean-to-bar chocolate is made with Beniano, an ancient, highly aromatic Criollo cocoa that grows wild in the Bolivian jungles and is transformed into a delicate chocolate that will surprise you.
  • Origin: Oialla is a Danish company founded in 2010 by master chocolatier Rasmus Bo Bojesen, specialising in the production of organic bean to bar chocolate made with Beniano wild cocoa from the forests of Beni, Bolivia.
  • Ingredients: Cocoa min. 72%. Organic Beni cocoa beans, organic cane sugar and organic cocoa butter. May contain traces of milk.
  • Notes: delicate, with notes of fruit, nuts and coffee.
  • Nutritional values per 100 g: Energy 2618 kJ /608 kcal; Fat 49 g, of which saturated fatty acids 29 g; Carbohydrates 40 g, of which sugars 29 g; Protein 13 g; Salt 0.01 g.
  • Certification: organic.
  • Storage: this premium chocolate must be properly conserved at a temperature of between 14 and 18 °C and kept away from direct light and sources of excessive heat or cold. If, for example, it is left in the car in summer or winter it will suffer potentially ruinous heat shock.
