  • What is it: this rare cocoa, with an annual harvest of less than 1,000 kg, is sourced from an ancient plantation in Venezuela. Its name is uniquely linked to the porcelain white colour of its beans. With a perfectly balanced aroma, this cocoa offers the complex flavours of the Maracaibo Lake terroir, providing a true sensory delight. The combination of aromatic intensity and delicate flavour makes this chocolate a perfect fit for even the most discerning connoisseurs.
  • Origin: The Bonnat family has been producing chocolate in Voiron, France for over 130 years. In the 1980s, Raymond and Nicole Bonnat — the parents of the current owner, Stéphane — launched the first single-origin chocolate bars. Stéphane continues the family tradition today, working with 35 plantations around the world.
  • Ingredients: Cocoa min. 75%. Cocoa beans, cocoa butter, cane sugar. May contain traces of gluten, milk and nuts.
  • Notes: a balanced aroma and delicate flavour.
  • Nutritional values per 100 g: Energy 2523 kJ / 603 kcal, Fat 42.6 g, of which saturates fat acids 30 g; Carbohydrates 42.6 g, of which sugars 25.9 g; Protein 8.8 g; Salt 0 g.
  • Storage: this premium chocolate must be properly conserved at a temperature of between 14 and 18 °C and kept away from direct light and sources of excessive heat or cold. If, for example, it is left in the car in summer or winter it will suffer potentially ruinous heat shock.
