• What it is: This chocolate reveals the soul of the Kilombero Valley in Tanzania, where small farmers cultivate cocoa with care and dedication. Enriched with freeze-dried passion fruit and pineapple and enhanced with essential oils of lemon and bergamot, it offers a bright and refreshing experience. A refined plant-based creation that celebrates new horizons of taste, rooted in terroir, craftsmanship, and joy. The cocoa butter used by Aruntam is freshly pressed in their workshop and comes from the same cocoa batch used for the bar.
• Origin: Aruntam Sensory Chocolate is an Italian brand that creates artisanal chocolate of the highest quality, using single-origin cocoa from selected micro-lots worldwide. Each bar is a unique sensory experience, crafted with passion and attention to highlight authentic flavors and the sustainability of the raw materials.
• Ingredients: Minimum 70% cacao. Organic Tanzanian cacao beans, organic cane sugar, organic Tanzanian cocoa butter, organic freeze-dried passion fruit (3%), organic freeze-dried pineapple (1.70%), organic lemon essential oil (0.015%), organic bergamot essential oil (0.015%). May contain traces of nuts and milk.
