What is it: Chocolate created with organic Tanzanian Trinitario cacao from Mbingu (Kiswahili for Heaven) in the Kilombero Valley, on the edges of the beautiful Udzungwa Mountains National Park. A rural area where Kokoa Kamili works with more than 2000 families of farmers for whom the small cacao plots are the main source of income.
Origin: The Aruntam Chocolate brand recounts a story through its products. Its name comes from the term used to denominate the spirit of courage of an indomitable Ecuadorean tribe and it represents the iron will of Pia Rivera, its ideator, which she employs in her quest to create something special in the world of chocolate. The bars are created subjecting all ingredients to minimal processing so as to preserve their organoleptic properties as far as possible. It is an original product which arouses emotions in those who taste it.
Notes: particularly intense chocolate with notes of citrus and tamarind, passion fruit, red fruits and molasses, cream, flowers, lemongrass, lemon balm and final nuts.
Ingredients: Cacao: 72,5% min. organic raw cacao beans, organic coconut blossom sugar, organic raw cacao butter; Emulsifier: organic sunflower lecithin. May contain traces of milk and nuts.

Storage: this high-quality chocolate should be stored in a proper way. The ideal storage temperature is between 16 and 20 °C, avoid direct sunlight and extreme heat or cold, for example, it must not be left in the car both in summer and in winter, it could ruin it.
