  • Conservazione: questo cioccolato di altissima qualità deve essere conservato nella giusta maniera. La temperatura ideale di conservazione è tra 16 e 20 °C, bisogna evitare la luce diretta e le fonti eccessive di calore o di freddo, per esempio non deve essere lasciato in macchina sia in estate, sia in inverno, altrimenti subirà uno shock termico che rischierà di rovinarlo.
