The name UNCOMMON, ore rare, distinguishes those chocolate bars in a context where the already careful selection of the best cacao rises to a new level.

The chocolate bars UNCOMMON are created from special micro batches, each selected from single origin cacao, with a unique sensorial profile, because the cacao butter we use, is prepared from the beans of the same micro batch.

The organoleptic profile of the cacao fruit, as in fact for any other plant, is the result of various factors that, for example based on the microclimate, can vary during growth and maturing of the plant.

With this further evolution we personally select each single micro batch through a careful sensorial analysis, to offer an “explosion” of flavours on your palate.
