• What it is: Discover the pure essence of cocoa in the Virgin 90% bar, made with unroasted cocoa beans. This exclusive chocolate, sweetened with low glycaemic index coconut blossom sugar, enhances the complexity of the most authentic aromatic notes and pays homage to the richness of Ecuadorian Arriba Nacional cocoa, one of the finest in the world. The cocoa butter used by Aruntam is extracted directly in the company’s laboratory from the same beans selected for the production of the bar.
• Origin: ARUNTAM – Sensory Chocolate is a ‘tale’ of passion and courage, an original product that arouses emotions in those who taste it, with direct control of the entire supply chain. The bars are created with a procedure aimed at ‘stressing’ the precious ingredients to a minimum in order to keep their organoleptic properties as unaltered as possible.
• Ingredients: 90% min. cacao. Organic Ecuadorian cocoa beans, organic coconut blossom sugar, organic Ecuadorian cocoa butter. May contain traces of milk and nuts.
• Notes: rich and creamy, with notes of nuts, honey, flowers, ripe fruit and a final with hints of citrus and spices.

• Storage: this premium chocolate must be properly conserved at a temperature of between 14 and 18 °C and kept away from direct light and sources of excessive heat or cold. If, for example, it is left in the car in summer or winter it will suffer potentially ruinous heat shock.
