• What is it: Cacao from Morropon, Piura, Peru with a proportion of one third of white cacao beans.
• Origin: 2016 Elfi and Maxime opened their bean to bar chocolate lab in Montreal, Canada. Qantu is the national flower of Peru and Bolivia, synonym for unity and hospitality. The word Qantu comes from the native Quechua language and is pronounced „Kantu“.
• Ingredients: cacao beans, cane sugar, cacao butter.
• Notes: a complex and well balanced dark chocolate with notes of cherry, plum and red berries.
• Prize: Bronze – 2025 International Chocolate Awards World Final; Gold – Academy of Chocolate Awards 2017; Golden Bean Award and Gold – Academy of Chocolate Awards 2018; Gold – Academy of Chocolate Awards 2019.
• Storage: this premium chocolate must be properly conserved at a temperature of between 14 and 18 °C and kept away from direct light and sources of excessive heat or cold. If, for example, it is left in the car in summer or winter it will suffer potentially ruinous heat shock.
