Kaitxo Specialty Coffee & Chocolate is a journey through the senses, discovering the most exclusive flavours and surprising experiences. Kaitxo is the result of a shared passion and an endless search for the finest aromas and flavours from the four corners of the world.

Jon Mikel, from a young age intrigued by coffee in the family café, and Raquel, with her love for gourmet chocolate, combined their passions to create something truly unique, thus in 2017 Kaitxo was born. More than a work team, a family that puts heart and soul into every step of the preparation of their products. A commitment to offer unforgettable sensory experiences, but also to value the work of coffee and cocoa farmers, promoting social responsibility and ensuring fair compensation for their efforts.

The chocolate is produced in Balmaseda, Spain, from the world’s best cacao varieties, carefully selected to offer a wide and original variety of flavours and aromas.

The ‘bean to bar‘ process is an art, the result of know-how that aims to maximise the cacao flavour. Each step is carried out with care and dedication, from the carefully selected beans to refining through the stone mill, known as la conchadora, to the delicate tempering that gives the chocolate its perfect texture and shine.
