What is Native Joyfood?
Native Joyfood is an online, gastronomic store where an assortment of gourmet specialities and prized chocolate can be bought online. Products come from around the world and are selected for their excellence. They are often difficult to find in Italy.

For the exceptional nature and rarity of its products. Many of them are available in Italy for the first time. Many others are already famous and have an extremely strong reputation thanks to the deserved prizes they have won and the values which characterize them.
How to shop on Native Joyfood?
All products offered by Native Joyfood are online. When making your first purchase, create your profile. Then select the product you wish to buy. Having found the product and decided on the quantity, click on BUY and in just a few clicks the order is completed. For your first purchase, create your profile.
Do my purchases travel safely?
Of course. Orders leave directly from our warehouse. We process and check them one by one. We use robust patented cardboard boxes and other protection for more fragile items so as to avoid damage or breakages during shipment. We avail ourselves of the experience and the care of trusted carriers for our shipments throughout Italy and abroad. During the summer period orders will be shipped from Monday to Wednesday. Orders received on Thursday and Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Types of payment accepted?
Payment can be made through PayPal either with your Paypal account or with a regular Credit Card (see the explanation under Native Joyfood Works Like This), or by Bank Transfer. If you pick up the goods from the San Giuliano Milanese site, payment can be made directly upon receipt of the goods.
Is it safe to pay with PayPal?
Paying with PayPal on Aruntam is safe and certified. Confidential data is taken only from the banking system and is not kept in any database, either ours or of the bank. The transaction is secure and encrypted.
The prices indicated in Native Joyfood site include VAT?
Yes. And this is so for all our prices.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs start off from a minimum of €5.50 and vary according to the weight and size of the package. The heavier a package the more packaging and shipping costs are optimized and you spend proportionally less.
How long is the delivery?
In Italy, 2-3 days.
You may cancel an order?
Yes, if it has not yet been processed. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If an order is cancelled it will be refunded.
Is there a Right of Withdrawal on ?
Of course. You can exercise your Right of Withdrawal and be refunded according to the methods laid down by the law.
If a product arrives damaged, can I send it back and get a refund?
If you receive a damaged product photograph it and email the photo to email@example.com, with a description of the damage and your name, address and order number.
Are all the products on Native Joyfood available?
Yes. Always. And this is for reasons of transparency towards you, our customers, and of a well-functioning service. The products you see in the various sections can be purchased, by clicking on the button BUY, because we have them in our warehouse and our warehouse is on-site.
Can I request an invoice for the purchased product?
Yes. Invoices can be requested during the order procedure or within 24 hours of the order being made by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number and invoicing data.
