  • What it is: At the foot of the Sierra Nevada, in the department of Magdalena, Colombia, producers are constantly striving for improvement. Thanks to exceptional technique and expertise, their cocoa is unrivalled, as are the indigenous communities living in the area, which have always been closely linked to cocoa.
  • Origin: Utopick, led by master chocolatier Paco Llopis, follows the bean-to-bar philosophy, producing single-origin bars made exclusively with cocoa and sugar.
  • Ingredients: Cocoa min. 72%. Cocoa beans, whole cane sugar, pure cocoa butter. May contain traces of nuts, egg, milk and gluten.
  • Notes: creamy with hints of fruit, honey, caramel and grape jam.
  • Nutritional values per 100 g: Energy 2364 kJ /565 kcal; Fat 41 g, of which saturated fatty acids 25 g; Carbohydrates 33 g, of which sugars 30 g; Protein 7.2 g; Salt 0.01 g.
  • Storage: this premium chocolate must be properly conserved at a temperature of between 14 and 18 °C and kept away from direct light and sources of excessive heat or cold. If, for example, it is left in the car in summer or winter it will suffer potentially ruinous heat shock.
